MusterPoint Canada exists to support the mental health and recovery of workers in the skilled trades and industrial sectors across the country.

We believe that the challenges facing our workforce—mental health struggles, addiction, isolation, and loss—are not caused by the industries themselves, but are concentrated within them. The same sectors that offer accessible, meaningful work also bring together people who have often experienced adversity and barriers to support. Too often, workers are expected to carry these burdens alone.

MusterPoint Canada is built on a simple but powerful idea: workers supporting workers. Through peer support, early intervention, and community-driven programs, we create pathways to connection, care, and recovery that feel familiar, trustworthy, and safe. Our approach is trauma-informed, confidential, and independent of employers—so workers can reach out without fear or judgment.

At our core, we are about solidarity, dignity, and showing up for one another. We believe no one should be left behind, and that when workers with lived experience step forward to support others, real culture change begins.

MusterPoint Canada is currently under construction. As we build toward launch, we are laying the foundations for a national network rooted in lived experience, shared responsibility, and the belief that supporting mental health and recovery strengthens not only individuals, but entire industries.
